According to a NEC item, all IC's will no longer have access to National IP. IC's 1-2 will now have National access to Operations Qualifications (restricted) modules : Emergency Services (101 card) and Reports. IC 3 will have access to their respective Wing to Operations Qualifications (restricted) modules: Emergency Services (101 card) and Reports.

**The Resource Report will help out since this application is no longer available. It can be found in Operations Qualifications -> Reports section and select Resource Report from the list.
