IS and ICS Update in Operations Qualifications

You can now enter IS-100, IS-200, ICS-300, ICS-400, IS-700, and IS-800 into Operations Qualifications. You can use the SQTR Entry module, the Single Person Achievement module, or the Multi Person Achievement module to do so. Once they are entered in they go to be validated using the Validations module in Operations Qualifications.

**Former Tasks, NIIMS G193, NIIMS G195, NIIMS G196, have been updated to the new tasks, but will need to be validated again.**

Instructions for entering these into Operations Qualifications:

SQTR Entry:
  1. Select the Achievement from the drop down list.
  2. Check the checkbox associating with the task and enter the Completed Date.
  3. Click the submit button on the bottom or top of the page.

Single Person Achievement:
  1. Click the edit button next to the achievement you would like to enter.
  2. Select the status, enter the completed date, select the source as "Paperwork", and click the update link.

Multi Person Achievement:
  1. Enter the CAPID.
  2. Select the achievement, source, status, and completed date.
  3. Click the insert button.
  4. Repeat the first three steps until you are finished.
  5. Verify everything is correct in the bottom grid and click the submit button.
