We have updated the Safety Form to more accurately reflect things that NHQ would like to track. We have added a person type of Victim/Participant for any bodily injuries that are reported. Also, for each Pilot that is entered, we have added the ability to input some of the information that was on the old paper 78 and 79.
The other important portion that we added, is the "During which Phase" portion. This will correspond to each Aircraft, Vehicle, or Bodily Injury that is entered for a mishap. |
