The "Wing Director of Maintenance" (Wing Maintenance Officer) signature blocks will be removed from all CAP approved aircraft checklists on or about 1 Dec 15; updated CAP approved checklists will be posted in the NHQ database & in the ORMS application reflecting this change. This update eliminates unnecessary wing certification actions as CAP has transitioned to utilization of nationally standardized aircraft model checklist templates to enhance aircrew interoperability and standardization during joint wing operations to include multi-wing responses to large scale emergency service events.
