We have been made aware of the Secure Connection Failed errors that our Mozilla Firefox users are encountering today. We have notified our SSL vendor of this issue, and they are working to resolve it. During the interim, you can temporarily work around the issue by turning off ocsp stapling (ocsp is an advanced security feature in Mozilla Firefox ):
- enter about:config into the Firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up).
- search for the preference named security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling.
- double-click it and change its value to false.
This change will allow Mozilla Firefox users to continue to use eServices while our SSL vendor researches this issue. Please contact the
