New Group Admin Application

There is a new look to the Group Admin Application. However, the functionality is the same as the old application, so it should be easy to use. If you have any questions as to how it works, please read the instructions listed under Documentation in the application it self. Since the application can't be given at a Scope lower than Group, you may run into some trouble using the application if you have it assigned at the Unit level. Contact your local WSA to have these issues resolved. Thanks.
