The following applications below will be updated next Tuesday, 6 March 2012 on eServices. New feature in Cadet Promotions Application: DDRx Entry Cadets who complete 6 mentored activities from the Drug Demand Reduction Excellence (DDRx) Activity Guide in a 12-month period are eligible for DDRx credit to include a certificate. DDRx participation will be one of the benchmarks used for Quality Cadet Unit awards in January 2013. Cadet Programs officers can now use the online Cadet Promotions application to request DDRx credit for individual cadets, or use the multi-CAPID entry feature to request credit for groups of cadets. Credit for DDRx completion will automatically be added to cadets' training records in eServices, and NHQ will send certificates to units for presentation to cadets. To access this new feature, log into eServices, choose the "Cadet Promotions" module, and select 'DDRx Entry' from the left-hand menu. More information on the DDRx program is available at www.capmembers.com/ddrx . POC: Becci Sundhagen New feature in Cadet Promotions Application: In July 2010, Cadet Programs launched the Learn to Lead curriculum. To assist commanders, testing officers and deputy commanders of cadets who were managing two curricula, CAP NHQ placed two checkboxes within cadets' online promotion records up to achievement 8 - one for Learn to Lead cadets and one for cadets still studying Leadership in the 21st Century. With the launch of volumes of 3 and 4 of Learn to Lead in January 2012, CAP NHQ is adding similar checkboxes to cadet online records for achievements 9-16. The two sets of boxes will exist until October 2013, at which time the Leadership for the 21st Century curriculum will become obsolete and cadets' records will not require checkboxes because all will be studying Learn to Lead.
