AEM Online Application
Instructions

• DO NOT click the internet browser's Back button at any time while submitting your information or payment. Doing so will cause an error and your membership/payment will not be processed. If you happen to click the internet browser's Back button you must exit the online application and start over.
• In order for this application to work properly, Javascript must be turned on in your internet browser.
• A (*) denotes all required information.
• After you have correctly filled out the online form and the required information, you will notice an 'AEM Program Code' textbox at the bottom of the page. If an AEM program code was provided for you, please enter the code. This is used for special programs and events.
• In order to submit your information, you will need to click on the 'Submit' button to process your payment. After you click the 'Submit' button and confirm your total payment, you will be directed to the online payment page.
• Once we have processed your payment, you will receive confirmation that your application and payment were completed.
