  • After you have correctly filled out the online form and the required information, you will notice an 'AEM Program Code' textbox at the bottom of the page. If an AEM program code was provided for you, please enter the code. This is used for special programs and events.
  • In order to submit your information, you will need to click on the 'Submit' button to process your payment. After you click the 'Submit' button and confirm your total payment, you will be directed to the online payment page.
  • Once we have processed your payment, you will receive confirmation that your application and payment were completed.
This application allows those who are interested in becoming an AEM (Aerospace Education Member) to easily and securely apply online. After you have completely filled out the online form and submitted your payment information, an AEM new member email will be sent to the email address provided. If you have a problem submitting your online payment, please complete the paper application found at AEM Paper Application.

An AEM (Aerospace Education Member) is a special CAP membership category for individuals/organizations interested in promoting and/or teaching aerospace education in formal or informal settings. The benefits of membership include free national standards-based, hands-on K-12 curriculum materials and programs, such as the Teacher Orientation Program (TOP) flights, K-12 Aerospace Education Excellence (AEX) award program, STEM Kit program, and K-6 ACE program.
