To fill out an Applicaiton for an Activity: 1. Click the Application Module inside of the Activities Main Menu. 2. If you have already started an application, it will be retrieved and loaded into the system. Any areas that you have not completed will have an asterisk (*) next to the tab. 3. Complete all of the tabs (Personal, Medical, Preference, Supplemental (if needed), and Review). 4. Once all tabs are complete, click the "Submit" button on the Review tab. 5. Once your application has been approved at the Unit and Wing Levels, you will be slotted with the other applications.
