If you are completing an Aerospace Education Membership Information Request Form, you will receive an email about the requested information from our Aerospace Education headquarters. This will be sent to the email address you provided on the online form.
If you are submitting a Civil Air Patrol New Membership Information Request Form, you will receive a new membership information packet. This will be sent to the address you provided on the online form.
